How do I get started?

Open the OKX App, navigate to the "Pay" tab, request your card and activate it in-app.Once your card has been activated, simply top up your OKX Pay account with supported assets and you can start spending immediately once activated. (Note: The "Pay" tab is accessible only via the "Simple" mode.)

Is OKX regulated in Singapore?

Yes. The OKX Card is issued in compliance with the Monetary Authority of Singapore's (MAS) regulations and OKX Singapore holds a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license granted by the MAS) with Visa® as the payment network.

What do you mean by "no FX fees"?

OKX does not charge transaction fees or FX fees when using the card. A small market-rate conversion spread (0.1%) applies when converting crypto to fiat at the time of purchase.The exchange rate that applies to overseas spending is based on Visa mid-market FX rates.Our token conversion spread of 0.1% applies to all payments made with USDT, and only for SGD payments made with USDC/G. Additionally, if you're making a non-SGD/USD payment, Visa's exchange rate with its in-built spread applies.

How do I enjoy the rewards and cashback?

We offer cashback, lifestyle subscription rebates and yield on Pay account balances only to Accredited Investors (see how to verify as an Accredited Investor here).

How do I lock/unlock my card if it gets stolen?

You can lock or unlock your OKX Card at any time in the app.

  • Go to the Card page

  • Toggle Lock card to lock or unlock your card


Note: when your card is locked, it can’t be used for new purchases or subscriptions. Any transactions that were already pending before the lock may still be processed.

Do I need to convert my crypto held in my OKX Pay balance before I spend using the Card?

No, you can spend your USD stablecoins directly as they will automatically be converted at the point of purchase - no manual conversions needed.

Where can I use the OKX Card? Are there restrictions on types of transactions?

Anywhere Visa® is accepted, online and in-store, across Singapore and globally. Some types of transactions aren't supported under the OKX Card usage policy. Please find the list of unsupported transactions here. All unsupported transactions will be automatically rejected.

Are there any transaction limits for the OKX Card?

Since the OKX card is a debit card, users are able to use their entire available balance for transactions. However, we perform checks on transactions and may reject transactions which exceed certain risk parameters.

Can I add the OKX Card to Apple or Google Pay?

Yes. Once activated, you’ll be guided through the process of adding your OKX Card to your mobile wallet on iOS or Android.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use for paying with the OKX Card?

The OKX Card supports payments with USDC, USDT or USDG, which you can hold in your OKX Pay account.
